Coins are a balance. Club is a plan.
ZF Coins are the loyalty balance you spend at checkout. ZF Club is a membership plan that would raise the rate at which eligible completed purchases earn coins. Rates apply to eligible completed purchases and are illustrative demo rules. Choosing a plan never adds coins on its own, and coins never buy a membership.

What is ZF Club?
ZF Club is a proposed membership for ZF BidMart that ties the three ways to buy together: delivery-fee waivers on eligible orders, a higher ZF Coins rate, member-only auction lots and Freezer bundles, and earlier alerts for auctions and Sabji Live.

What is the difference between ZF Rewards, ZF Club and ZF Club Reserve?
ZF Rewards is free for every registered customer: all regular auctions, Sabji Live, ZF Freezer and the standard coin rate. ZF Club (৳149/month, proposed) adds up to 4 delivery-fee waivers a month, 2 coins per ৳100, member-only lots and bundles, and early alerts. ZF Club Reserve (৳399/month, proposed) raises the allowance to 10 waivers and 3 coins per ৳100, and adds premium lots, seasonal collections, priority alerts and enhanced order support (proposed).
How do ZF Coins work with membership?
ZF Coins are your loyalty balance; ZF Club is a plan. On eligible completed purchases the illustrative rates are 1 coin per ৳100 on Rewards, 2 on Club and 3 on Reserve. 10 coins are worth ৳1 at checkout.

How coins workAre delivery-fee waivers unlimited?
No. ZF Club would include up to 4 waivers a month on orders of ৳500 or more, and ZF Club Reserve up to 10 on orders of ৳300 or more. Each waiver covers the standard delivery fee, up to ৳80. In the preview, waivers are not applied to checkout totals.
Do paid members automatically win auctions?
Membership never changes how bidding works: no higher bids, no tie-break priority, no extra time and no guaranteed wins. Members may see selected member-only lots and earlier alerts — every bid competes on the same rules.
Can I change my plan?
In the preview you can switch between all three plans from Account → ZF Club as often as you like; the app remembers your choice on this device until you reset the demo. Real billing, cancellation and refunds are not implemented.
