About ZF BidMart

The market, in your hand.

ZF BidMart is a preview of a fresh-food marketplace built for Bangladesh’s fresh-food markets: bid live on fish and livestock, buy vegetables by the weight you call out, or order frozen butcher cuts at a fixed price.

It brings the ghaat, the haat and the bazar to one app, and shows what you are buying, where it comes from and what it costs — before you commit.

01 — Three ways to buy

Bid live, or buy at a fixed rate.

Some food is best won at auction; most is everyday shopping. The app keeps both in one place, with one checkout and the same coins.

  • 01 — Bid live

    Live auctions

Fish and poultry lots, and livestock bought whole or cut by cut on a meat map. Every bid adds +৳50 and resets the clock to 2:00.

  • 02 — Fixed price

    Sabji Liveশাক-সবজি

Vegetables at a fixed rate from live market stalls. Call out a weight, it goes into your bag, and you watch the stall’s stock drop. No bidding.

02 — Principles

What it’s built on.

  1. Transparency

You see what you are buying before you commit: the weight, where it comes from, the current bid or the fixed price, and the full cost — fees and delivery — before you pay.

  2. Fair bidding

Every bid is the same +৳50 step, and every bid resets the clock to 2:00. A last-second bid can’t end an auction: everyone gets time to answer.

  3. Freshness

Listings say where food comes from — the ghaat for fish, the haat for livestock, the market stall for vegetables — and frozen packs show how they are stored.

  4. Fixed prices, when you don’t want to bid

Not every shop should be an auction. Sabji Live and ZF Freezer sell at a fixed price, so you can buy everyday food without a contest.
